P.K. Murphy Construction Ltd is committed to ethical conduct, integrity, and the protection of human rights across all areas of our business. We recognise our responsibility to identify and address risks of modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking within our operations and supply chain. This statement outlines how we assess and manage these risks to support ethical labour practices and respect for human rights.

It applies to:

  • All employees, directors, officers, agency staff, contractors, consultants, and volunteers acting
    on behalf of the company.
  • All suppliers and subcontractors across every tier of our supply chain.
  • All business relationships, which may be subject to pre-screening and due-diligence processes.

Modern slavery refers to forced labour, servitude, human trafficking, and other forms of exploitation where individuals cannot leave work due to coercion or threats. Human rights are the internationally recognised rights and freedoms inherent to all individuals.
