The company seeks to recruit a Temporary Accounts Assistant to cover Maternity Leave.

Maternity Cover — Accounts Assistant

The successful candidate must have previous Accounts Administration experience within the Construction industry. It is also necessary that the right candidate must have extensive Knowledge of Sage Line 50 accounting software. Good Communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential. This role includes;

Purchase Ledger – matching, checking and processing of supplier invoices
Requesting Credits
Supplier statement reconciliations and payments at month end
Dealing with customer and supplier queries
Admin Support

Fire works upgrades to include re-placement of existing flat entrance doors, doors off corridor escape routes, corridors sub-divison doors & screens, stair doors & screens with new, fire stopping to services & fire stopping to compartment walls/floors/ceilings etc & additional fire signage & notices. The Work is to commence end January 2012 and will finish April 2012.

New Response Maintenance Contract

PK Murphy Construction Ltd is pleased to announce the commencement, from15th July, 2011, of new Response Maintenance contracts for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. This work will mean the continuity of a response maintenance service for over 8,800 tenants in North Belfast and Newtownabbey Districts.This work secures the jobs of over 50 people employed by the previous contractor and provides further investment in the local communities. The company has established a new Depot and Branch Office at the Valley Industrial Park in Newtownabbey.

These performance based contracts provide Housing Executive tenants with a 24/7 response maintenance service. PK Murphy Construction Ltd continues to liaise with its Client to ensure that tenants are provided with a quality service and product. Erskine St/Chamberlain St is a kitchen replacement Egan scheme. The project replaces kitchens in 64 dwellings which are bungalows, 2 storey houses and 2 storey blocks of flats. The scheme commences on 06^th June 2011.
