PK Murphy Con­struc­tion Lim­ited is a reput­able con­struc­tion com­pany based in Pomeroy, Co Tyr­one. Over the past 20 years the com­pany has estab­lished itself as a leader in both the pub­lic and private sec­tors in North­ern Ire­land. The com­pany seeks to recruit a Tem­por­ary Accounts Assist­ant to cover Mater­nity Leave.

Mater­nity Cover — Accounts Assistant

The suc­cess­ful can­did­ate must have pre­vi­ous Accounts Admin­is­tra­tion exper­i­ence within the Con­struc­tion industry. It is also neces­sary that the right can­did­ate must have extens­ive Know­ledge of Sage Line 50 account­ing soft­ware. Good Com­mu­nic­a­tion skills and the abil­ity to work on your own ini­ti­at­ive are essen­tial. This role includes;

  • Pur­chase Ledger – match­ing, check­ing and pro­cessing of sup­plier invoices
  • Request­ing Credits
  • Sup­plier state­ment recon­cili­ations and pay­ments at month end
  • Deal­ing with cus­tomer and sup­plier queries
  • Admin Sup­port
