Coral Crescent — Oaklee Housing Association

Refur­bish­ing of 10 houses in Coral Cres­cent, Antrim has been awar­ded to PK Murphy Con­struc­tion Ltd by Oaklee Hous­ing Asso­ci­ation.  Works involve repla­cing kit­chens, win­dows, ceil­ings etc.  Two decant dwell­ings are to get heat recov­ery sys­tems, external works and new water and elec­tric sup­plies, ten­ants will be decan­ted to other prop­er­ties dur­ing the works.  The scheme is in 5 phases com­plet­ing 2 houses per phase.
