PK Murphy Con­struc­tion Ltd have just been awar­ded a 12–36 month con­tract for Response Main­ten­ance for St Mat­thews Hous­ing Association.

St Mat­thews Hous­ing Asso­ci­ation is a com­munity based asso­ci­ation oper­at­ing in the Short Strand area of East Bel­fast offer­ing gen­eral fam­ily hous­ing and some hous­ing for older people.

The Response Main­ten­ance pro­ject involves PK Murphy Con­struc­tion Ltd car­ry­ing out gen­eral build­ing main­ten­ance on a 24/7 basis.
