Pro­vi­sion of repairs ser­vices 24 hrs a day 365 days a year for the above cli­ent. This involves car­ry­ing out minor emer­gency repairs based on tenant’s needs and con­cerns. This will involve close liaison and inter­ac­tion with our cli­ent to ensure that all con­cerns and repairs are dealt with in an effi­cient man­ner and assur­ing ten­ants of our best atten­tion at all times, and always com­plet­ing repairs in a timely and pro­fes­sional manner.
