The Hollyfields development in Dungannon

Holly­fields was an exclus­ive devel­op­ment com­pris­ing of qual­ity detached and semi-detached homes, con­veni­ently loc­ated on the Old Eglish Road, Dun­gan­non with easy access to the M1 motor­way, town centre and a wide range of edu­ca­tional and leis­ure facilities.

Holly­fields were built to the highest spe­cific­a­tion and are NHBC registered. He devel­op­ment provided a turn­key solu­tion with each home being fully painted and fin­ished with a fit­ted kit­chen com­plete with appli­ances, fit­ted bathroom/toilet suite, pine doors, skirt­ing and oil fired cent­ral heat­ing. Each house had bound­ary fen­cing and ground land­scap­ing to the front and rear.
